Shopping With Us
It depends on your space and how you like to style it. Larger rugs anchor living rooms and bedrooms, while smaller pieces work beautifully in entryways, kitchens or layered looks. We’re happy to help, so just send us your room dimensions.
We recommend one. A rug pad keeps your rug in place, adds cushioning and helps it last longer.
Every rug is one of one, so once it’s gone, it’s gone. We can often create something similar as a custom piece, or let you know when a comparable rug arrives in a new collection.

Because every rug is one of a kind and chosen to fit your space, all sales are final and we don’t accept returns or exchanges. If you’re unsure about size or color, reach out before ordering and we’ll help you choose.
International orders may be subject to duties or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the rug and the packaging. Once confirmed, we’ll issue store credit for the value of your purchase. Store credit is valid for one year.
Custom Rugs
Yes. We can create a rug in your size, colors and design style. Send us your ideas or inspiration images and we’ll guide you from there.
Absolutely. Share a sketch or mockup, and we’ll confirm whether it can be woven and help refine it.
Every custom rug is woven entirely by hand, so production takes about [X–X weeks], depending on size and complexity. We’ll confirm your timeline before weaving begins.
Pricing depends on size, style and design complexity. We’ll send a quote before anything goes on the loom.
Care
Vacuum regularly without the beater bar and shake it out outdoors now and then. For spills, blot right away with a clean, dry cloth and don’t rub. Use a professional rug cleaner for deep cleaning.
A little shedding is natural in the first few months. It eases over time with regular vacuuming.
Your rug may arrive folded. Creases relax on their own within a few days. To speed things up, roll it in the opposite direction or place something heavy on the folds.
